Garth Harmsworth (Te Arawa, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Raukawa) is a senior environmental scientist at Landcare Research, Palmerston North, with over 28 years experience. Garths background is in environmental planning, resource management, land resource assessment, GIS applications and indigenous values and knowledge research.
Sharn is a Pedologis at Landcare Research, Hamilton. He is a cross between a historian, linguist, soil scientist and advisor. He likes to work alongside people, to learn from people about their land and integrate that with science. His interests include: mapping for farm management, and planning for land-based treatement of waste water.
