Garths background is in environmental planning, resource management, land resource assessment, GIS applications and indigenous values and knowledge research.

Sharn Hainsworth
Sharn is a Pedologis at Landcare Research, Hamilton. He is a cross between a historian, linguist, soil scientist and advisor. He likes to work alongside people, to learn from people about their land and integrate that with science. His interests include: mapping for farm management, and planning for land-based treatement of waste water.
